Pebble Cosmos Luxe It has a 1.36 -inch AMOLED display, has a capacity for Bluetooth calling, steps, heart rates and sensors are given to measure SPO2 levels. It also attracts attention from its on paper specification. Does this affordable smartwatch meet expectations and do its looks help it stand separate from others in this segment? Know in this review.

Pabel Cosmos Luck’s Design
Pebble Cosmos Luxe looks different in this price segment for several reasons. A round screen and polished finish draws your attention. It has two buttons in the right side of its 1.36 inch display, one that looks and works like a traditional mechanical watch buttons. It increases its attractive look.
It has a grille for the speaker on the left side, which can be used for audio by connecting with the phone via Bluetooth. Optical sensors are provided under the dial that do health and fitness tracking. Contact points of magnetic charging pin are also available here. This smartwatch is also effective against water and dust and has been rated IP67. Wearing it can also be swimming in less deep water.
The rubber strap that comes with it can be removed and can be replaced with a 22mm watchstrap. The strap that comes together is waterproof and is comfortable to wear. These have been given many points for adjustment and good fit.
A microphone is also provided with two buttons on the right. Its primary button or crown button controls power, the app opens the drawer, and takes back to the home screen. It can also be rotated to scroll in the menu. The second small button given together takes you directly to the workout menu and from here it can be started quickly for trekking of walking workouts.
Pebble Cosmos Luxe weighs 50 grams. It has a 1.36-inch 390×390 pixels resolution round AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 600 notes. Apart from Bluetooth 5 for connectivity, there are also step tracking, heart-rate monitoring and SPO2 monitoring sensors. Charging cable is found in the sales package, which is plugged into the USB Type-A port. But the wall adopter is not available. There was a slight lack of alignment in the display in the unit that came for a review. However, it did not affect the work of the watch.
Pabel Cosmos Luck’s software and app
The budget smartwatch provides basic software system and it depends on Bluetooth connectivity for synchronization and other connectivity features with smartphones. Pebble Cosmos Luxe has its own software that covers its main functionality, including Watch face, fitness and health tracking and Bluetooth connectivity for calling from Payard smartphones.
The AMOLED display has a good use of the AMOLED display in the Pebble Cosmos Luxe which shows time on the screen even when the watch is standby. You can choose from analog and digital for this. If you want to increase the battery life more then you can also turn it off, but I liked it to check the time quickly.

Tapping the screen does not awaken the screen, but it wakes up as soon as its lift to wake feature is awakened or it can be awakened by pressing one of its two buttons. For quick settings you can swipe from the top to the bottom. If you want to check the notifications of supported apps, then you can swipe from the bottom to the top. By swiping with left to right, you reach the main apps and can reach the widgets by swiping the left with the right.
In its built in apps, you get telephone, contacts, workouts, workout records, heart rates, sleep, blood pressure, blood oxygen, stress, messages, weather, music and many tools like kelkulator and stopwatch etc. You cannot install any other app in smartwatch. Some of the apps that exist, work by themselves and some have to connect through the FitCloudPro app via Bluetooth.
With the help of a telephone app, you can use the watch as wireless handcuffs. With the contact app you can make a favorite contact and make a call quickly, dial the number directly from the dialer and keeps details of the call record calls. It also has a voice assistant app that depends on Bluetooth, but it did not work when I wanted to use it.
FitcloudPro app handles a connection between smartphones and watch. It can also be used to customize settings. Apps from which notifications are to be received can also be selected. Apart from linking Google Fit data, it can also be used for many other things.
This app stores fitness data from your watch and with its help, you quickly activate all the sensors and get a combine report of your heart rate, stress level, blood pressure and blood oxygen. I found it very useful. This app is good and I did not have any connectivity problem during the review.
You can change the watchfase by long pressing on the home screen. It has 9 watchface in advance. You can use the tenth watchfase from the Companion app. The preloaded watchface in this is quite good and coincide with the look of the watch. The FitCloudPro app has a large collection of watchfase which can be loaded on smartwatch.
Performance and Battery Life of Pabel Cosmos Luck
This smartwatch looks different from such an affordable smartwatch due to its design and AMOLED display. Its screen is its most attractive feature, on which you can easily see time and date and can also read notifications clearly.
Its allways on display mode and color level are good. But the deep black element of the AMOLED display is not visible in it. This can happen because the user interface is always shining which does not allow the black color to shine equally by turning off the pixel. Nevertheless, its sharpness and details are quite good.

The watchface is well designed. Steps, heart rates, weather and battery levels are given live widgets. However, you can’t do anything with widgets. It is also a capable device for fitness tracking, as the company said that it has used the best sensors. However, I did not feel anything like exceptional tracking in it and it performed the same as devices of the rest of the fitness tracking of this price segment. I saw Realme Watch 2 Pro and Just CORSECA RAY KANABIS who saw the Eur Margine and flaws in it.
It has many workout modes which have been optimized for tracking activity. These include some common mode like walking, running, climbing, swimming and cycling etc. Apart from this, there are also sports modes like basketball, badminton, football and volleyball. For review, I measured a walking workouts and stairs climbing it.
Manually I counted 1000 steps and Cosmos Luxe counted 1042. It found an error margin of 4 percent. In long distances, this Apple Watch Series started counting more 65 steps per 1000 steps per 1000 steps. The measurement of the distance was as much as the Apple Watch. But in the calories of the same workout, it showed a big difference from Apple Watch. It showed more calories burnt.
Heart rate tracking was fine. But blood oxygen level readings were quite different from the pulse oximeter. This watch also shows readings for blood pressure, but as I have also advised in the earlier reviews, the optical sensors of Smartwatch cannot be trusted much for readings.
A large feature of this is to use the Watch as a hands free during the call. It connects your smartphone like Bluetooth headset or speaker and you can play music on your wrist itself. It did a good job for the calls, I took the watch near my mouth and it was quite good for small calls. You might not like this method for long calls.
It has many useful apps that can be used like a tool. It has a remote, alarm clock, stopwatch, timer, kelculator and a ring facility to play music on smartphones, so that you can find by ringing when the smartphone is lost. Push notifications work well for apps, sleep tracking also works fine, which also gave light and deep sleep details. Connectivity was also stable.
According to its price, its battery life is also good. It lasted for 5 days in general use with single charge. In which I did fitness tracking quite often, sometimes used Bluetooth Handsfree and there was an allways on display mode.
Our decision
A price segment that is full of options, this smartwatch proves itself different through its good design, AMOLED display and better pricing. It gives the experience of good smartwatch in the budget. There is scope for optimization in software and interfaces and the display could be used further. It becomes a good choice as a fitness tracker purchased at Rs 5000 due to additional features such as Bluetooth hands free function and many good watchface.
If you want more accurate fitness tracking, then here it can disappoint you, in such a situation you can see Mi Band 6 or Realme Watch 2 Pro. Its Bluetooth calling function and design does more justice with its price.
