Design of realme x

Apart from the strike look of Reality X, the design of the handset is also very attractive, it also takes a premium. Two color variants of Reality X have been launched Polar White and Space Blue. We have its space blue color variant available for review, the thickness of the phone is 9.3 millimeters but it is not very heavy, its vesan is 191 grams.

The bezels around the display are very thin, the border in the lower back is slightly thick. Realme X has nothing or hole, it means you can see the content on the full screen. The edges of the display are not curved, but overall this phone is similar to OnePlus 7 Pro in appearance. Colors look vivid and brightness is also very good, due to which you can easily read the content in any light. Our review unit is already climbed to screen protector.

The in-display optical fingerprint sensor for security in Reality X has been given. This quickly unlocks the phone, its success rate during our review. You also get five different animations to choose. This handset of the Reality brand comes with face unlock support.

The material covering the front sensor is a safire glass which is quite good for durability. Apart from this, the phone has motion-trigger safety mechanisms, which is capable of finding that if the phone is falling then the camera module automatically stops. The bright back panel of Reality X looks like a glass but is made of polycarbonate.

There are no marks on the back panel and spots are not visible in the white color variants. This time the Reality people have found a place in the middle of the back panel and on top of it LED flash and two rear cameras have been given. At the bottom of the phone is headphone jack, USB Type-C port and single speaker. It was nice to see that Reality has also adopted the new USB standard in this latest smartphone.

Realme

The SIM tray has got a place on the side and only two Nainau-SIM cards can be placed in it. Reality X is the first such smartphone of the company in which it is not possible to increase storage with the help of microSD card. In the retail box, you get hard plastic case, USB Type-C Cable, Wuke 3.0 Fast Charger, SIM Eject Tool and Manual for the phone.

Realme x specification and software

Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor has been used in Reality X, this chipset has also been used in Realme 3 Pro. Snapdragon 675 processor is extremely popular in this segment. If compared to this, the performance of the CPU is a bit weak, but it is equipped with a better integrated graphics capacity.

The price of Reality X starts at Rs 16,999. This price is of 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variants. The 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage model of the phone will be sold for Rs 19,999, we have this variant for review. LPDDR4X RAM has been used in Reality X, not only that it comes with UFS 2.1 storage.

Talking about other specifications, Reality X contains support and sensors for dual 4G, dual-band 802.11 AC Wi-Fi, Bluetooth version 5, GPS, Glonos and Beidou Navigation System with Dual-Band 802.11 AC Wi-Fi. This phone does not have FM radio. The software is quite up-to-date, Reality X runs on Android 9 Pie on the color of Android Security Patch on ColorS 6.0.

Its interface is exactly the same as we recently saw in Reality 3 Pro. When the phone is on standby, you will get an allways-on display due to having an OLED panel. However, it only shows the missed alert of time, date and battery percentage, SMS and calls. This does not show the notification of other apps here.

Many apps have been given in the phone by Reality, besides some third party apps are also pre-installed. For example, the newspoint will continue to send you notifications, but if you want, you can also uninstall it. There is also the theme store app to customize wallpapers and icons. The phone also has modes like driving and riding mode which silence the notifications, besides the handste also has motion and gesture shortcuts.

The unit sent by Reality for a review is only Widevine L3 certified but the company says that retail unit Widevine L1 is certified, which means you will be able to watch the video containing HD resolution of Netflix and Prime Video without any hassle.

Realme X Performance and Battery Life

Reality X is a big phone but it is not wide, so the hold is also good while holding the phone. We did not find the body slip of the phone, but if you find Reality X’s body slipry, then you can put the case coming with the phone. It is difficult to reach the hand to the upper part of the phone’s display with one hand but if you enable the one-hand mode then it reduces the entire interface.

Reality X attracts everyone’s attention and it gets easily fit in the hand. The funny thing is that many people considered it to be OnePlus 7 Pro because the design of both Reality X and OnePlus 7 Pro is very similar to the design.

Realme

Even after regular use of Reality X and gaming, the phone ran well. The company says that the phone has used new gel cooling technology which uses copper foil, graphite flakes and aluminum alloys to reduce heat. Snapdragon 710 processor gives good gaming performance.

PUBG Mobile Default was set on high graphics by default and the gameplay was also smooth. ASPHALT 9: Legends also smooth without any frame drop. Reality X is also very good for media playback. This is Reality’s first phone with Dolby Atmos Support. It is dearly enabled for the lower speaker and cannot be closed.

However, if you are using headphones, you can close it. You can choose between different sound modes or let it stay on ‘smart’. The voice loudly comes from the phone and the sound quality is also good. Both the fingerprint sensor and face unlock feature in Reality X unlock the phone quickly.

You can use the face unlock feature in two ways or you can wake the screen by pressing the power button so that the camera module is pop-up or by swiping up on the lock screen. Realme X provides a strong battery life even after much use of the camera. In our battery loop test, a 3,765 mAh battery supported for 14 hours and 28 minutes which is a good sign.

On video streaming, camera usage, gaming and use of social apps, the phone battery supported for one and a half days on single charge. The phone also supports Wuke 3.0 fast charging and in an hour the phone was charged from 0 to 93 percent.

Realme X camera

Reality X comes with two rear cameras. There is a 48 -megapixel Sony IMX 586 primary sensor with F/ 1.7 aperture. It has a 5 -megapixel secondary camera with F/ 2.4 aperture. The primary sensor uses 4-in-1 pixel bining technology that takes four pixels like a pixel to capture more light and it saves a 12-megapixel picture.

The same sensor has also been used in Redmi Note 7 Pro (Review) and OnePlus 7 Pro and pictures taken from both were good. The main camera captures colors and details well while pulling a landscope shot in sufficient light. There was no shortage of sharpness in the picture. Reality X works well with HDR and dynamic range is also good.

Croma boost’s button in the viewfinder works to boost colors and brightness while shooting the opposite of the light. Apart from this you also get a 2x button but it is only for digital zoom. Close-up shots also captured very well. The color tone is undoubtedly a little worm, but the color and details were well captured.

While shooting the indoor in Artificial Lite, the details were well captured without any noise in the close-up shot. The second sensor helps map the edges of objects, due to which portate shots look good. Can not adjust the background blur but it looks natural. Low-light performance is good.

Pictures taken in the dark seemed a slight decrease of sharpness and a little noise was also seen. If you want, you can capture better details and sharpness pictures by using the nitscape mode given in the phone. It takes a few seconds to capture the picture but the picture is captured with bright and better details.

The pop-up module for selfie and video calling has a 16-megapixel front camera. It also uses pixel bining technology when shooting in portate mode. It gives an 8 -megapixel portate shot but takes a 16 -megapixel picture when taking a normal selfie and shooting in a night.

Colors and details were well captured in a selfie drawn from Reality X, due to which the picture became good. Brightness and colors also got good in selfie taken in low light. If you want, you can add Bokeh effect to selfie but it seems artificial but the edge detection is good.

The Reality X4K is capable of shooting up to the video but does not have image stabilization. While shooting at 1080 resolution, the phone automatically stabilizes video footage. Apart from this, you will also get 960 frames per second mode.

Our decision

Reality X The company has tried to create an affordable flagship and is a good smartphone. The option to increase storage in the phone is of course, but it is not a major problem with 128 GB storage. Reality X is well made and it is also good in appearance. It has a large and vivid display, good software and good cameras.

Reality has also given a type-C port in it. It may also happen that everyone does not like its big design, especially when your hands are small. Apart from this, we also liked video stabilization on 4K. Reality X is a great smartphone in the price segment of less than Rs 20,000. it Samsung Galaxy M40 ,Review), Vivo Z1 Pro (Review) And Redmi Note 7 Pro ,Review) Our list is included with.

First Vivo V15 Pro In-display was the most economical smartphone with fingerprint sensor but now Reality X is available at a lower price than it. If you have no problem with its large size, then Reality X has great features and its performance is also good.
