Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Designs and Specifications
Dial style with rectangular design became popular with Apple Watch series. Now this affordable smartwatch is also seen. Noise Colorfit Pro 4 has a 1.72 -inch TFT LCD touch screen with rectangular dial, which has a resolution of 356×400 pixels and peak brightness 500 notes. The screen is quite sharp and looks with details, which makes it easy to text and read data.
Noise Colorfit Pro 4 has 6 color options. My review unit was given a silver gray body and silicon strap that can be replaced for 22mm, which I think looks quite attractive according to the price. A thick border has been given around the screen but if you use black background in smartwatch, you will hardly notice them in daily use.
The right side of the watch has a microphone and a small speaker grill in the left side. Both are used for Bluetooth calling function. The right side has a single button that rotates for navigation. Bottom has optical sensors for heart rate, blood oxygen level, along with contact points for megatic charger. Colorfit Pro 4 has an IP68 rating for dust and water prevention.
In the sales package you get charging cable, some user manuals and documents. Smartwatch weighs 24.1 grams and uses Bluetooth 5.3 for connectivity. It has an accelerometer sensor that enabs the lift to wake gesture to awaken the screen.
Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Software and App
Like the rest of the affordable smartwatch, it also has basic software which revolves around the hardware features of the device. Apart from this, the watch also acts like a notify that shows the small preview of your smartphone notification and text message alert on the screen. It also has a Bluetooth calling function that converts the watch into a Bluetooth microphone and speaker system when connected to the smartphone.
Bluetooth calling function is registered on your smartphone as a second Bluetooth device. When a second device is paired, you can use your smartwatch to call and receive, as you use a Bluetooth audio device. To close it, you just have to disconnect the Bluetooth device from your smartphone. This does not close the connection with the watch because the watch for synchronization and notifications is always connected to the smartphone in low-energy mode as a separate device.
Interestingly, the watch has functional and dynamic watchface. This feature is common in high-end smartwatch, but this feature is not seen in such an affordable smartwatch. Unfortunately it has not been given allways on mode. The screen can be activated through the button or through a lift to wake gesture, tapping the screen when the watch is in the standby makes no difference.
Its visible widows and apps depend on the watchface while main functions can be seen on the home screen. My favorite watchface was telling steps, heart rate and battery level. Along with this, workouts and activity screens, heart rate details, music remote and buttons for phone dialer were also given in it.
With the help of a smartphone app, you can also download many other watchface, but they do not get the benefits of dynamic watchface. The user interface of the watch is quite clean and looks good on the sharp screen. With the help of taps and swipes, your access is very easy to the necessary functions.
To go to the list of apps, you can open the app drawer by pressing the physical button once. The apps given in it include Noise Health, Noise Buzz (Bluetooth Calling App), Clock (Stopwatch, Timer, Alarm), Weather, Stocks, Flash Light and Watchface. You cannot install an app from outside, but you can load the Watchfase with the help of the Noisefit app by running the NOISFIT app in a smartphone.
The Noisefit app is found on both Android and iOS and acts like a connection controller between your smartphone and the watch. You can see fitness and health data in details inside the app after synchronizing. In this, you can modify the notification alert, auto heart rate monitoring, monitoring, weather settings for the device and can also update the firmware.
You can download and sink new watchface from the gallery, or create a custom watchfase. The layout of the app is quite good and maintains stable connections with the device. During the review, it also pushed the notifications well along with synchronizing the data.
Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Performance and Battery Life
Noise Colorfit Pro 4 works as a good notification for accessories and smartphones for you. You get a large, sharp screen in it, you get the feature of changing the watchfase according to the mood and you can find the notification directly from the apps in the watch.
It also has a Bluetooth calling function that did a good job for me. Its speakers and microphones are simple, so do not expect long interactions. It will not be easy either because to talk, you have to keep your watch near your face. This is good for small calls, especially when you are out somewhere, or doing workouts and the smartphone is kept far away from you.
Fitness and health tracking on Noise Colorfit Pro 4 is not very accurate. Watch counted 1075 steps in a 1000 step test. This difference in long distance increased with 85 extra steps per 1000, when Apple Watch Series 5 to 1000 steps were counted.
When the two devices were kept together, the measurements of the distance were almost similar to the Apple Watch but there was a significant difference in calories. You get many workouts options, as well as many unique workouts such as Kabaddi and Kite Flying have also been given in it, but I used only walking workouts for trekking. Heart rate and blood oxygen tracking was quite accurate in positioning. Sleep tracking was also good for basics. Overall, I will not recommend Noise Colorfit Pro 4 for fitness and health tracking.
Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Battery Life is better than the second smartwatch of this price segment. In single charge, smartwatch goes comfortably for 6 days. During this time I was also receiving many notifications from my smartphone, sometimes doing workout tracking and using Bluetooth calling every day for a few minutes.
Our decision
As far as the affordable smartwatch is concerned, the Noise Colorfit Pro looks different from other devices for many reasons. It gets good features, sharp color screen, dynamic watchface and Bluetooth calling. All these features are being offered at a very low price, which are not seen in this price in other devices with similar specifications.
If your budget is tight and you want a good looking feature packed smartwatch then Noise Colorfit Pro 4 is a good choice. But also keep in mind that it is not very good in fitness tracking. You can definitely buy it for its screen, Bluetooth calling facility and design.
